proHNS provided contract administration and inspection services for this downtown Juneau project that replaced the existing 8″ ductile iron water main with new 10″ HDPE water main, a new 10″ gate valve, and associated water services to nearby State-owned buildings. Other work items included replacement of a single sewer manhole, a short section of sewer pipe, and two services. Four drainage structures and four 12″ CPP drain pipes were also added. Existing curb and gutter, sidewalk, handrails, and asphalt pavement were removed and replaced in a slightly different configuration following construction of a new structural section.
