proHNS conducted public outreach and designed roadway and utility improvements to Misty Lane, a 320-foot stub street dead-ending in a cul-de-sac in North Douglas’ Bayview subdivision. During the project’s construction, proHNS provided construction administration and inspection services on behalf of the client. Design elements included:
- A full water system reconstruction with new 10” HDPE water main line, 1” poly water services with new valve boxes, and a new fire hydrant.
- Removal and replacement of the existing sewer lift station, and installation of new sewer service cleanouts.
- Removal of existing asphalt pavement and road base, placement of 9.5” of new 2” minus shot rock capped with D-1, and placement of 2.5” of new asphalt pavement.
- Replacement of CMP culverts with CPP culverts correctly sized for drainage flows and rerouting of the drainage network into existing drainage easements.
