proHNS provided contract administration and inspection services on behalf of the Spaulding Beach Homeowners Association for this $240,000 parking lot reconstruction project. Our services included preparation of contract documents, project management, daily field inspection, cost tracking, stakeholder coordination, and documentation of Contractor G.R. Cheeseman’s progress. At the Owner’s request, proHNS saved a significant vegetative buffer by directing grade revisions in the field, a last-minute alteration we were able to complete with minimal impacts to the schedule or to the residents of the condominium.
