This $1.4 million community improvement project consisted of numerous park upgrades including new playground equipment, two tennis courts, bocce court, picnic areas, asphalt paving, and utility upgrades. Contracted by Glacier State Contractors, proHNS staff managed contractor crews and subcontractors, prepared pay requests, scheduled work to be performed, and maintained communications with representatives for the City and Borough of Juneau. Successful completion of this project required extensive coordination and partnering between the contractor, multiple consultants, and CBJ representatives.
