proHNS staff provided inspection and materials testing services for this project that replaced the Village of Klukwan’s dilapidated water storage tank with a new 120,000-gallon bolted steel tank. We monitored the placement of backfill, inspected the installation of epoxy rebar anchors, and tested concrete used for the tank’s foundation, ensuring these activities fully complied with the manufacturer’s plans and specifications.
