We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of Shannon Kelly and Chris Bydlon, PE, two outstanding members of our team who have each contributed six years of dedication and hard work to proHNS. Their commitment to excellence has been integral to our success, and we are excited to see them take on new responsibilities as they continue to grow in their careers.
Shannon Kelly will be stepping into the role of Senior Project Manager, where she will oversee projects, manage construction site field staff, and continue to support proHNS’s growing portfolio in construction management, administration and inspection services. She will also serve as the main point of contact for current and future contracts with Alaska DOT&PF.
Her leadership, expertise, and innovative thinking have consistently set her apart. Shannon was a key player in the opening of our Ketchikan, Alaska office in 2024 to support the AK DOT&PF Tongass Avenue Improvements project.
Chris Bydlon, PE has been promoted to Senior Civil Engineer, where he will help lead our project management and mentorship of proHNS’s engineering team. His passion for civil engineering design and project management, and his ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the company and job site make him the perfect fit for this next step in his career.
Chris has been one of our main points of contact on City and Borough of Juneau projects and continues to support infrastructure and site development projects throughout Alaska and beyond. He is an active leader in the engineering industry, including acting as the current Juneau Branch President of ASCE Alaska.
Please join us in congratulating Shannon and Chris on their well-earned promotions! We look forward to seeing all the great things they will continue to accomplish in their new roles.
