proHNS is teaming up with Chilkat Surveying & Mapping LLC to design the Calvary Fellowship Subdivision, a five-acre piece of property between Auke Lake and the Juneau International Airport. Our team will provide plat certification, civil design, and permit support for the project, which will create as many as 11 residential lots featuring direct access to the Glacier Highway and short commutes to nearby schools, shopping centers, and recreational opportunities. With site surveying slated to start this month, the developer hopes to begin site development before the end of summer.
