If you stopped by our Juneau Office in recent weeks, you may have noticed a new smiling face at the front desk. That would be Jenny Jones, former Alaska Airlines Flight Attendant and new proHNS Administrative Assistant.
In mid-September, Jenny took over front desk reception, office management, and in-house accounting responsibilities for our firm. Her hiring and the creation of the Admin Assistant position is the result of former Administrative Manager Shane Kelly transitioning into the Business Manager role.
Prior to joining proHNS, Jenny spent five years with Alaska Airlines as a Customer Service Agent and Flight Attendant. Her background also includes a degree in Business Administration and five years in the nonprofit sector, where she worked in office administration, press communications, and marketing design.
proHNS Principal Engineer Lucas Chambers, PE, said Jenny is an exceptional asset because she not only brings administrative and financial expertise to the team, but a background and personal interest in marketing and graphic design. To tap this multi-faceted skill set, Jenny will also be boosting our social media presence and assisting with marketing efforts.
Despite only being with proHNS for several weeks, Jenny’s coworkers have already noted her upbeat attitude and hardworking personality as a welcome addition to the office.
