Troy embarked on his career in the Alaska construction industry in 2009, starting on the ground floor as an Apprentice Mechanic and Shop Laborer for Miller Construction Company.
By 2013, he had proven himself and earned the Superintendent position on Glacier Highway Phase III project, and subsequently became Miller Construction’s Assistant to the
General Manager. From 2016-2017, he reprised his role as Superintendent on Ketchikan’s Shelter Cove Road before joining Glacier State Contractors as a Skilled Laborer/ Operator/Mechanic in 2018. Over the course of his career, Troy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to hard work, due diligence, and exceeding expectations. He joined proHNS as an Engineering Technician in 2021, and primarily performs construction inspection on City and Borough of Juneau projects.
