Juneau Office: (907) 780-4004

From 1996 to 2009, Shannon increasingly earned prominent positions as a mining engineer in New Mexico and Alaska, including Chief Mine Engineer for Juneau’s Coeur Alaska. In 2010, she moved to the public sphere and began her tenure with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities as a Utility Permit Compliance Engineer (Jan. – Sept. 2010) before quickly advancing to a Design Review Engineering Assistant III position (2010-2012), where she performed field inspections, coordinated project development, assisted with engineering analysis, and compiled specifications.

Shannon continued her upward mobility in the agency, moving to Assistant Transportation Asset Manager (2012-2014) and Constructability Review Engineer (2014-2016). She was subsequently promoted to Southcoast Region Concurrent Review Engineer (2016-2018), where she spent her time setting up all aspects of large construction projects, reconciling project finances, and managing records. Since joining proHNS in 2018, Shannon quickly became a leader in our firm for managing DOT&PF project CA deliverables.
