Juneau Office: (907) 780-4004

Sean O’Neill joined proHNS in 2026, bringing North 57 Land Surveying to the company’s newest service capabilities. Raised in Sitka, Sean grew up helping both his father and uncle set property corners, flagging boundary lines, and helping organize and look up various land records. For the past 8 years, Sean has been managing North 57 Land Surveying’s Juneau office under the direct supervision of his father and mentor, Kelly O’Neill. Under Kelly’s direct supervision, he helped a multitude of clients with various surveying tasks such as subdivisions, boundary retracements, as-built/topo surveys, and construction layout. In 2025, Sean passed his licensure exam for the State of Alaska. Sean enjoys working with a wide range of clients and jobs, from small residential projects to large civil projects.

Sean likes the exploration that stems from a day in the field. Surveying in Alaska provides constant adventure of diverse terrain and weather, and allows him to step back through time, tracing the historical monuments of Alaska’s earliest records from the gold rush days through statehood. Outside of work, Sean is frequently still outdoors. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family, alongside his wife, Hope, their two kids, and family dog.
