Eric has spent the past 12 years in the civil construction industry, serving in design, inspector, project engineer, and construction manager leadership roles. From 2009 to 2013, Eric designed, inspected, and/or administered private and public projects throughout Southeast Alaska, including the South Tongass Highway Installation (Ketchikan) and Halibut Point Road Resurfacing, Drainage Improvements, and Bridge Replacements (Sitka). By 2014, Eric was providing remote, on-site inspection services for roadway and utility reconstruction projects in Whittier, AK, and for various Oregon Department of Transportation projects. In 2015, Eric joined a Woodburn, OR-based firm as Construction Manager, where he managed several large school construction projects. His duties as Construction Manager included developing procurement packages, sequencing construction, analyzing schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM), conducting weekly meetings, performing QA/QC review of deliverables such as materials testing reports, reviewing design drawings, and overseeing construction to ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget. He joined proHNS in 2021.
