Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Washington, Dominic Zaccardi, PE, earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from Washington State University before completing his engineering degree at the University of Idaho. Dominic began his engineering career in 2017 as a Civil EIT with a Washington-based engineering firm. After eight years in the industry, he joined proHNS as a Senior Civil Engineer to be closer to home and family and to work on impactful projects within his community.

Dominic is a registered Civil PE in Washington State and a certified CESCL inspector. He has contributed to a wide variety of projects for clients, including WSDOT, BNSF, county and city municipalities, private developers, and contractors. Dominic brings extensive knowledge of DOE stormwater regulations as well as stormwater modeling and design. He enjoys working closely with clients and fostering relationships that translate project needs into outstanding deliverables.

Dominic lives and works in Sedro-Woolley, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His love of the outdoors knows no bounds, whether fishing, crabbing, gardening, or chasing his bird dog around.
