Maxwell joined proHNS in the fall of 2023, incorporating an already extensive career in construction and project management from industry sectors in engineering, mining, and commercial construction to his role as Construction Manager on our projects in Craig, AK. His aptitude for team leadership and client management are among Maxwell’s many skills, which span from overseeing construction budgets and managing subcontractors, to surveying and engineering design. As a lifelong Alaskan, Maxwell has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies and challenges of construction management in rural Alaska.
In addition to his extensive certifications (PMP, CMM, LEED Green Associate, AK-CESCL, among others), Maxwell is a University of Alaska, Anchorage alumni, with a B.S. in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration. As a life-long learner and self-improvement enthusiast, in addition to pursuing his Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University, Maxwell is also an avid fitness guru.
