To ensure City and Borough of Juneau development standards are met, proHNS is performing on-site construction inspection on behalf of a private developer for this 13-lot subdivision on Douglas Island. The subdivision connects into existing Jackson Road facilities and includes 1,100 feet of new roadway, water and sewer facilities. We have been working closely with subdivision designer Katabatic Engineering to address site-specific design conflicts as they arise during construction.
